Therapy is a space where you get to talk honestly about what’s going on in your life
— without judgment. It’s a partnership between you and a trained professional to
help you understand yourself better, work through challenges, and build healthier
ways of coping. I often find it’s consistency that makes a difference – consistently
showing up for yourself and doing the work – that’s what makes a difference.
You don’t have to be “at rock bottom” to start therapy. Many people come because
they feel overwhelmed, stuck, stressed, or just want things to feel better. If
something is bothering you or holding you back, that’s reason enough.
Pretty much anything. Anxiety, depression, relationships, family stuff, trauma, grief,
self-esteem, big life changes — or even things you can’t quite put into words yet. You
don’t need a perfect explanation to start. Sometimes life throws you a curve- ball –
It’s how you handle it that makes a difference.
